For Ofcom to be able to assess your complaint we need specific details of why you think the TV channel or radio station is breaching its licence conditions. If you are concerned for example, that a radio station is not meeting its Format requirements or Key Commitments, or a TV channel is not meeting its Programming Commitments, quotas relating to programmes made outside London or independent productions, please refer to the specific requirement.
